Test Centre Administrator
- Invigilation and Test Delivery: Responsible for the invigilation of exams and efficient delivery of tests to candidates, ensuring adherence to company policies and using careful judgment throughout the process.
- Candidate Verification and Guidance: Verify customer and candidate personal identification documents and explain the exam testing process and rules. Provide the highest levels of customer service by meeting candidate needs with understanding and respect.
- Security and Compliance: Conduct visual and physical security and identity checks on candidates, following company policies meticulously. Maintain a secure testing environment by performing test centre opening and closing procedures and ensuring that equipment and workstations are properly set up.
- Proctoring and Troubleshooting: Proctor and invigilate candidates while they complete their exams, addressing any issues that arise. Collaborate with internal departments, such as IT, to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the test centre.

- IT Trainer (Full-Time): Responsible for delivering classroom-based training to young and adult students, covering a range of topics from basic digital skills to ECDL Levels 1 and 2. Additionally, I invigilate BCS and City & Guilds exams to ensure the integrity and smooth operation of the examination process.
- Test Centre Validator/Invigilator (Part-Time): In this role with the E-Assessment division of Learndirect, I validate test candidates and invigilate exams for the UK Home Office Life in the UK test as well as the Department of Education's Professional Skills exams. This role is carried out during evenings and weekends
June 13 – Jan 15 LearndirectBusiness Analyst/Internal Verifier (Pan London)- Internal Verification Management: Oversaw the internal verification of Functional Skills, Customer Service, and Employability programs across multiple centres. Assigned tasks and set deadlines for Centre Managers, Tutors, and Administrators to ensure prompt verification and updates to Learner Support Systems and databases.
- Data and Reporting: Developed and provided weekly management statistics for the Senior Management Team, offering insights into program performance and areas for improvement.
